Workshop Information:
Due to my limited time available in Brisbane , workshop can only be run by demand on suitable time and date.
The aim of the workshop is to transfer basic techniques of Vietnamese food through an intensive hands on program and to open the road to individual creative cooking using local produces.
Students will sample the menu they prepare with matching Australian wines.
Workshop notes, tools , ingredients, wines will be provided.
However Pre Registration and confirmation are required and $190.00 fee is not that bad to gain a life time surviving skill and a degustation dinner!!!!

Workshop Repertoire:
1. Basic sauces, salad dressing and other condiments essentials for a Vietnamese table.
2. The uses of rice papers
3. Street food: dry and wet rice vermicelli dishes,
4. The Asian Salads,
5. Main dishes based on method of cooking. Steam, poached, stir fry, grilled, wrapped and baked.
6. Sweet.
7.Tasting dinner: Wine appreciation and conversation.
